Picked this up a while back, and am unfamiliar with the 2-line handstamp. Anyone have any ideas?

I do not collect Südwestafrika, but I know similar one or two line straight marks in various types from Ostafrika where they were used on postal forms to avoid the need to permanently write the office name on such forms. Attached a 'Frachtkarte' from Bukoba with such a mark.

Found it in Peter Vogenbeck's Nebenstempel und Dienstsiegel von Deutsch-Südwestafrika under Private Formularstempel (Einzeiler u. Zweizeiler) der verschiedenen Postagenturen/Postämter.
